About Us

Sweet Pages Bakery was born out of Baker and Owner Erin's love for baking sweets for people and talking about her favourite books. A former book publicist Erin trained at Le Cordon Bleu and Algonquin College for pastry arts and thinks there's nothing more satisfying than a tender and flaky crust on a gooey butter tart and closing the cover on a book that has made you laugh on one page and made you tear up on the next.
